About Nick Kidawski, CHE

I am a Certified Holistic Educator and also use the Emotion Code with my clients to help them quickly heal on an emotional level. I'm well known for my sense of humor, love of movies, and gentle nature 🙂

How did I get to where I currently am today?

It's quite a journey...

Growing up, I always had an interest in natural healing. This came from my mother. We had a garden where she would grow fresh vegetables, she would shop at the local farmers market and I only went to the doctor when I was sick and when it was absolutely necessary.

As a teenager back in 2005 I lived Buffalo, NY with my mother after my parents had divorced. I was wandering around the local mall one day...when suddenly I came across a brochure for training to become a Certified Holistic Educator. I was hooked right away, and took the next 500+ hour course to earn my certification.

I had the blessing to study with two amazing teachers - Joyce Salvo and Annette Distefano at the Center for Holistic Education on Lake Erie. I learned about the healing uses to herbs, energy work, nutrition, muscle testing, and much more.   They have both been doing this work for 40 years each and I'm so grateful to have them as mentors today.

It was a course that truly changed my life, how I saw myself and the amazing ability of the body to heal itself!

After my certification life became super busy, I was looking to go to college, and I never ended up doing that work...

Originally, I thought that my "career" was going to be in Multimedia and Web Design after graduating from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2006.

The Universe had other plans...

My mother (who knew he was always fascinated by the body and sensitive to energy) suggested I go to massage school.

I graduated from a 2 year program at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy with 1,075 hours of training in 2007. There, I studied a clothed form of Japanese massage called Zen Shiatsu and was a practicing massage therapist for the next 9 years.

Fascinated by the role the nervous system plays in our well-being and wanting to work with clients at a deeper level led me to go back to school in 2012 to another 2 year program studying Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with 700 hours of training at the Colorado School of Energy Studies.

As a result of my previous studies, I always knew that our emotions can become “trapped” in the body resulting in physical pain and tension, self-sabotage, and block people from love and happiness.

How could I help my clients to quickly release these "trapped" emotions so that they could get back to being the person they loved to be?

This led me in 2015 to study the Emotion Code which helps people to quickly and gently release their emotional baggage without dragging them through their past and bringing up unpleasant memories.

After being involved in massage and craniosacral therapy for a number of years, I decided that I needed something easier on my body.

So, in 2017 I decided to re-focus my business on helping clients heal their emotions and hearts through doing the Emotion Code.

I also realized that their physical body needed healing as well, so I decided to get back into doing Holistic Education and educate them about the natural uses of herbs and supplements through personal consultations and using Natures Sunshine products.

I love what I do now and my passion and excitement for it is through the roof!

I feel it's my personal mission on this Earth to use my gifts and training that I have been blessed with to serve as many as I can on their healing journey through energy work, herbs and holistic education.
