Your doctor does not understand healthy recipes

It’s interesting to note that when you go to see a doctor for a yearly check-up or if you are experiencing some symptoms the doctor does not tell you to eat more red meat, beef, candy, or sugar.

They usually will tell you to eat more vegetables, fruits, reduce your calorie intake, and get more fiber.  Interesting, huh?

But let’s be honest – eating a plateful of just broccoli, peas, kale, spinach, or a salad is BORING!

2. Dr. John McDougall’s Recipes – Dr. John McDougall has been a health pioneer and medical doctor for the past 50 years talking about the many benefits of a whole-food plant-based diet.  His website has many recipes and a TON of great information!

 

3. One Green Planet Food Monster Recipes – This is a great website full of plant-based side dishes, main meals, desserts, and much more!
